Business Development Executive Required
Our growing company is in need of a knowledgeable/Experienced and creative Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We’re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations, who are customer-obsessed and ready to solve the changing requirements of our clients. Candidates should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the capability to manage a diverse team in an evolving industry landscape.
- Identifying new sales leads, field work and cold calling.
- Pitching about our services to clients and international exposure.
- Maintaining productive relationships with existing customers.
- Preparing presentations and engaging in business meetings with clients.
- Converting leads and consistently surpassing assigned sales quota and targets.
- Do payment collection from our clients.
- Coordinating between the clients and internal teams wherever requisite.
- Work under the company guidelines and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA in Sales/Marketing or relevant field.
- Must have minimum one year experience in this field.
- Must have excellent communication and social skills.
- Can manage local travel using own transportation will be a plus.
- Need to be a multitasked and work in a high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of productivity tools and software’s.
- Should have the ability to work independently.
